We are delighted to be working with Arkay Contractors who have been to be specified for the supply and installation of the glazing for this new build development in line with all the specified relevant Building Regulations, Security, U-Value, acoustics and weather-tested performance requirements.
Playing a pivotal role within the development of the wider regeneration of the London SE1 area, the new build project features office/commercial and retail space for shops, restaurants and business, and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes with on-site gyms, garden walkways and community features. The project scooped a prestigious Silver Award in the Best Apartment Scheme category at 2021 WhatHouse? Awards.
